The Hawaii Marriage License Office is located at the Dept of Health on the corner of Punchbowl Street and Beretania Street.

Queen's Hospital, Hawaii State Capitol Bldg and the Governor's Mansion are across the street or next door.

If you are in a hurry or need an official Apostille Stamp for international couples, you can visit VITAL RECORDS a couple doors down from the Marriage License Office for an official copy of your Hawaii Marriage Certificate.

*Make sure your Wedding Officiant has completed filing your marriage before requesting a certificate.
